JP Poreba is a loan ofﬁcer at Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation. He was born and raised in West Palm Beach, FL and is a graduate from Indian River State College. JP relocated to Georgia to pursue a career in law enforcement. After an eight-year career in law enforcement serving Rockdale and Walton Counties, JP joined Fairway to continue to serve his community in the mortgage industry. JP provides customized loan options and continuous communication through every step of the process. His attention to detail and dedication to providing the highest level of customer service makes the home loan process seamless for everyone involved. JP lives in Monroe, Georgia, with his two sons and two daughters. He spends his free time coaching his son’s baseball team in the Walton County recreational league. He is also an avid sports fan and enjoys coaching, playing and watching all sporting events.
